You are cordially invited to join the Krewe of St. Andrews for a distinguished weekend of celebration as we present the Life Is a Cabaret Royal Ball Weekend, an occasion devoted to elegance, tradition, and royal pageantry.

All RSVP and ticket purchase links for each event are listed below and should be used to confirm attendance and secure any required tickets.

Prepayment is required for all weekend events. Cancellations cannot be refunded after January 10, 2026

Royal Weekend Kickoff at Firefly

5:00 PM

You are invited to an elegant evening at Firefly as we formally commence the Life Is a Cabaret Royal Ball Weekend. Guests will be responsible for the cost of their individual dinner and beverages. Attire for this evening is business casual, enhanced by your finest bling jacket. Due to limited seating, advance RSVP is required. A $20 cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations received after January 9, 2026.

Life Is a Cabaret Royal Ball

Panama City Beach Event Center –  Edgewater Beach Resort

5:30 PM until Midnight

KoSa Member and Guests will enjoy early cocktails from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM, with each registration including two complimentary cocktails. The bar will close at 6:30 PM for the Royal Tableau and will reopen for full service following the presentation, remaining available for the duration of the evening. After the Royal Tableau enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing!

This is a formal Royal Ball and dress code compliance is strictly enforced. No exceptions will be permitted, and any guest found in violation will be asked to exit the event. Ladies are required to wear floor-length ball gowns, with white reserved exclusively for the Queen. Gentlemen are required to wear traditional black tuxedos with colors limited to black and white only. Military formal dress is also permitted.

Paid parking is provided by Edgewater Beach Resort.

Guest tickets are $100.00 per person and must purchased separately below.

Reciprocal Krewe Guests please RSVP for your Complimentary Royal Ball VIP Ticket below. (Limited to six tickets per Reciprocal Krewe)

Members who register and fail to attend will be subject to a no-show fee.

The Royal Ball Weekend concludes with the Royal Sunday Brunch at Deckhand Social.

Tickets are $30.00 per person and must be purchased separately below.

HOST HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The official host hotel for the Royal Ball Weekend is Comfort Inn & Suites, located at 255 Richard Jackson Blvd, Panama City Beach, FL 32407. Please call 850-851-0687 to reserve your room and reference the group name “St Andrews Ball.” Special rates are $84.99 per night for both a one king bed one-room suite and a two queen bed one-room suite.

A hospitality suite will be located on the hotel property which includes cocktails and finger foods.

Wristbands are $50.00 per person and must be purchased separately below.
